I coach football as well as strength & conditioning and agility training.
I have been coaching football for about three years, training athletes for seven years.
I have worked at Golds gym as a trainer, Platinum fitness as a trainer, and a speed agility trainer with Speed line 4 a speed training facility in Sanford Florida. My ages have ranged from seven 7 years old to 30 years old.
High School: Seminole High School
2010-2013 three year varsity Letterman at Seminole High School in Sanford Florida.

Clients can expect extensive, detailed, strategic work to enhance their abilities in whatever sport they are apart of. My goal is to make you comfortable with being uncomfortable. Agility drills will be used very frequently (cones,ladder,bungee chords etc.). Beautiful turf surface to workout on, we will also be using hills to increase quad durability and strengthen muscles you do not use as frequently. Whatever position you play each day we will go in detail on how to improve your play at that position with specific drills and situations. Each session will be no longer than an hour and fifteen minutes but it could be anytime in between. Sessions will be 2-3 days a week. We will get the butter out the duck every session!
