I have given individual pitching and hitting lessons. I have organized basketball camps/clinics for Five-Star Basketball. I have been a camp counselor at dozens of baseball camps.

I played 4 years for Duke Baseball. I went to grad school and played an additional redshirt season for Rutgers Baseball. I played in the Cape Cod Baseball League where I finished in the top 3 for K/9. I played a season of professional baseball in the Frontier League.

Depending on the age of the client. The first session is usually to identify the player level and points of emphasis for future training. For younger players, I look to focus on basic fundamental instruction. Fundamental pitching movements and repetitions that translate into their delivery. For older/more advanced pitchers, I look less to dictate the delivery they have developed over years and look more to clean up little things and get them to think and execute in the mindset that a college/pro pitcher would.

For all ages, I spend time discussing arm care and health.
