I have been a soccer coach and certified personal trainer for the last 6 years. I’ve worked with some of the top coaches from the U.K., Scotland, and here in the U.S. I have experience coaching U4-U19 teams and individuals.

I have been playing soccer for 19 years. I played varsity all 4 years of high school then went on to play club, select, college at Santiago Canyon, and Semi-Professional for SoCal Union FC. I’ve played with the best of the best and it’s an honor to teach what I’ve learned by playing alongside them.

I have cones, ladders, hurdles, parachutes, etc. Training sessions are dynamic. Each session will be tailored specifically for that client. Generally, I focus on what a player needs in order to play at a high level - speed, agility, touch, turns, control, knowledge of the game.
