I will work with the athlete to the best of my ability. At the beginning of every lesson, I always give the athlete the 3 important concepts of the lesson. We work on them during the lesson and then I ask them what 3 important concepts they learned. My lessons usually start with stretching, band activation, warm up, conceptual points, and then i allow the athlete to ask any questions.
