I played football for Eastern Kentucky university for two years. I returned to Northern Kentucky after suffering two major injuries. After attending Northern Kentucky University for a semester I join the track team, I threw for the program for two years. I hold the school record in the discuss and place at conference twice.

I conduct my workouts by splitting them up into two sections, the first part of the session I usually do a workout. That could be weights, working on power, speed, or agility. The second part I do skill work pertaining to the sport the athlete plays.
