I am a former college athlete who knows many speed and agility drills to make you quicker, faster and more agile for all around athleticism and can be modified for sport specific!

I competed at Slippery Rock University where I helped represent their Softball team! While being a player I realized how important speed and agility is for all sports and levels!

Sessions can be sport specific and individualized for clients! Depending on specific needs there are many versions and varieties to enhance athleticism in an athlete!

Coach Kailey was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the game. She did a great job explaining to my 8 year old daughter what to do and why it was important. She also kept the training interesting for my daughter so she didn’t lose focus as most 8 year olds do. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their game.

I would recommend coach Kailey to anybody she has done a great job with my daughter so far we have one lesson left with her but we will continue having other lessons as well and I would recommend her to anyone my daughter used to hit the ball pretty good but with her coaching she is already just to lessons in and has hit the ball to defense so she has done a great job with her
