More About Coach Kai

I have coached athletes ages 6 - 18 from a range of different sports and have recorded significant growth in my dedicated players. From beginners just learning to the basics to advanced athletes preparing for high level collegiate sports.

I come from a football and lacrosse background. I played running back and corner in football and was a 4 year captain on the lacrosse team at Wheaton College (D3). In high school, I earned the Illinois Player of the Year award in lacrosse and Offensive Conference Player of the Year in football as well as multiple team MVP awards in each sport.

My sessions are molded to each athlete's needs and goals. The first session will be an assessment where I will test players speed, agility and technique and establish a baseline. From there, I will create a plan based on the number of sessions planned. Players have the option of working on speed, strength, agility, balance, coordination and endurance. Technique will be emphasized in all drills.

Each session will contain a number of drills run in 5-10 minute increments. There will a warm-up then 20-30 minutes of strength / balance based drills with 20 minutes of high intensity drills to finish out the session.
