I started as a PT at 24 hour fitness, within a year was promoted to a bigger club as fitness manager. Decided the corporate world wasn’t for me and went into business with a family friend and now run the fitness side of Prestige Martial Arts and Fitness in La Habra, CA. I am PTA Global certified as well as Bronze Level U.S Olympic Committee certified. I’ve coached jr high level basketball and have also trained personal clients that were in their 70s. So i’ve trained all age groups and athletic capabilities

I’ve played every sport under the sun from age 5 all the way through college. Basketball was my main sport in my more recent years. My primary focus for myself has been catered towards physique competitions. And longevity in health....I want to be the grandpa on the basketball court still hanging with the young bucks :)
