More About Coach Justin

I am currently the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Vista Ridge High School. I have worked with multiple age groups from Elementary age to Professionals. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I have a B.S. in Health and Physical Education from Lock Haven University.

I have trained over 30 athletes that compete at the collegiate level, over 10 athletes currently at a Division I program, Junior Olympic Field Hockey players, Head Strength and Conditioning and Wrestling coach for amateur and professional MMA fighter that includes a former UFC fighter, as well as a professional soccer players

As a collegiate athlete, I was a Division I wrestler at Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania. During my time there I was a placed 5th in my conference my senior year

Warm-up:
- 10-15 minutes where "Raise, Activate, Mobilize, Potentiate" our body so that we are able to get the best out of the workout.
Workout:
- Depending on the client's goals will determine the type of workout. Ex: Endurance, Hypertrophy, Strength, Power, General training, Speed/Agility.
Cool-Down
- 10-15 minutes
