More About Coach Justin
I have coached for youth 5-6 year old basketball team in Fort Walton Beach, Florida on the Air Force Base. I also run a basketball clinic for 5-12 year olds annually in Beckley, WV (my hometown). There is no age that I won’t train. As of right now I do not have any certifications but am currently working on accomplishing that and also my bachelors degree.
2 County Elementary Championships, 1 Middle School Championship, WV Triple A High school state champion 2008.
StartIng PG as a Freshman on Bluefield State College(D2), starting PG on Eglin Air Force Base basketball team.
It is depending on the level and experience of the player is how I’ll gauge the training. What does the player expect from themselves out of the training. I have numerous dribbling drills, shooting technique, shooting drills as well as defense drill that will work on foot speed. I can also do strength (weight room) and conditioning
