More About Coach Justin

I have done personal training for kids ranging from middle school to high school with aspirations of playing at the collegiate level. I currently assist with coaching at the high school level.

I have been playing soccer for over 25 years. I have played club soccer competitively for over 10 years with many years of experience competing in tournaments across the country. I was ILH first team 2004-05, 2005-06 and ILH all-state first time in 2005-06.

Clients can expect a personalized training session designed for each persons needs. Sessions will include building on fundamentals, strategies and position knowledge, turning any weaknesses into strengths and many exercises that will continue to help players grow and improve to a higher level.

Coach Justin is an excellent detail oriented teacher. He runs drills, makes adjustments, demonstrates, and really focuses every minute of training on actually training!! My son is exhausted afterwards, but has shown consistent improvements in the short time (3 lessons to date) working with Coach. It’s very fast paced so there’s no time to think of any pain just the task at hand. He’s a very knowledge trainer!! Very happy to have finally reached out and scheduled with him!
