More About Coach Julian

I have coached junior high and high school athletes for two years. I also was a high school track coach for 2 years at Edmund Burke, and while in college I coached a junior high team for two years.

We would start with a dynamic warmup to engage their hips, lower legs, to have their body ready for the workout.Then, depending on what the athletes needs are whether it is to increase their speed, be more explosive, getting a stronger core, or get more endurance we will work on whatever the athlete wants to develop. The workout portion may vary on technique or actually trying to get a workout in. Then after the workout portion of the plan is finished we will focus on stretching and properly cooling down the body to make sure the client can go home feeling great about the session and prepare for the next one.
