More About Coach Jt

I have experience coaching athletes in strongman, powerlifting, sport specific training, weight loss, muscle gain, and general fitness. I have worked at CrossFit gyms, commercial gyms, and a private personal training studio. I have worked with a wide range and variety of people from the ages of 13-70. I am a certified fitness trainer and certified nutrition coach through ISSA.

I compete in the sport of strongman and have been to strongman nationals the past 4 years. I am looking to earn my pro card and compete at the professional level.

We start off with a warm up usually 10 minutes long then we get into the custom designed workout for the athlete. This will be different day to day and depend on the athletes goals and fitness level. After the workout we take 10 minutes to stretch and start the recovery process as well as help improve mobility.
