More About Coach Joshua

Master of Science degree in Athletic Training (Sports Medicine).
Work experience with physical therapy patients, middle school and high school athletes, and one year traveling as the Head Athletic Trainer for a US Olympic Team.

The Burdenko Method Certification Level 1 Core: Advanced Russian personal training method that focuses on Balance, Flexibility and Coordination and the integration of Endurance, Speed and Strength. I've spent 4 years training myself and other athletes these techniques. Prevent Injury and Maximize performance.

Sports Experience:
-High School: Northern New York State Section 7 High Scorer, leading the league in goals and assists as center Midfielder.
-Collegiate NAIA Division 1 Soccer Athlete on Scholarship.
-International Soccer in Evreux and Rennes France.

Step 1: Assessment: I will meet with each new customer for about 30 minutes to go over past history, current training, setbacks, successes, goals, nutrition habits, and training preferences. We can also discuss doing a full postural analysis, strength/weakness assessment.
