Joshua is the founder of Garage Gym Athletics. He has completed two college associates degrees, these degrees are in General Studies with a concentration in Mathematics and Business Administration, while on his way to his Bachelors Degree in General Business. He has also completed multiple certifications in Attitude Nation/Jon North Olympic Lifting Certification, Crossfit Powerlifting Certification, Crossfit Strongman Certification, Crossfit Olympic Lifting Certification, Expert Rating Certification, Basic Life Skills Certification, and U.S.A. Level One Performance Coach Certification, as well as being a competing strongman and crossfit athlete. He has also worked in related areas, as a Fitness Director at Anytime Fitness (which is the fastest growing gym in New England), the Worcester Tornadoes, and an Instructor and office aid at Totercize Inc..

He currently competes in Powerlifting and Strongman competitions chasing his pro strongman card. On his way to this goal he works with driven athletes ranging from field sports to the iron sports(bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and strongman).

The current gym is outfitted with raw strength and conditioning in mind. It is outfitted with the basics in mind and learning how to use your body to create strength and speed NOT machines.

I am here to supply affordable training to athletes of all ages and levels.
