More About Coach Josh

I have experience playing D1 Lacrosse at Syracuse University. During my 4 years, I would also train my teammates in the weight room and help them with their conditioning. I also interned with the Syracuse Football team in the Strength and Conditioning Department. Now I am helping with the Middle Tennessee State University Football in their Strength and Conditioning Department. I have helped coach prospects for Syracuse and helped coach my High School team Fayetteville Manlius. I will work with any age group, specificially High School and College Athletes!

I was my high schools senior athlete of the year. I played at the D1 level at one of the top lacrosse programs, Syracuse! During my time at Syracuse we win 2 ACC Championships. I would also act as a helper in the weight room, making sure the other athletes and my teammates were understanding the lift or needed a spot. I would also create workouts for my teammates!

First thing I will do is get the blood flowing, so you are warmed and ready to grind! I will do defensive drills, footwork drills, speed drills, quickness drills, explosive drills, and conditioning drills! I would also be willing to do strength and power training with my athletes, my specialty!
