I have a wide range of coaching experience from Rec - International. I have worked with a range of clubs in Maryland & Virginia and I've also worked with smaller clubs such as Magic Move's, which is located in Montgomery County. I'm very confident working with any age group of players.

I did not play collegiately, but I've made an effort to learn as much as possible to become an effective coach. I think the most important thing for a coach is education and it must be ongoing to improve the quality of play for our youth players.

Clients will notice a quality session and focus on details. Players will be constantly on the ball and as a coach, I've noticed a lot coaches do not make a conscious effort to improve the player and players must be on the ball constantly. Clients will notice that their player will not go more then 5 minutes without a ball.

My son was new to the team and very nervous about joining. However, after a few practices, he was feeling very comfortable, and expressing how much he enjoyed you as a coach, and his teammates. For us, youth soccer is not only about building soccer skills, but more about building teamwork, perseverance, and leadership skills. We see that these skills are important to you as well, and appreciate that.
Jose brings an outstanding attitude to his team and creates an environment in which his players can flourish. Most impressive to me, Jose sets a level of expectation for the boys and holds them accountable; something I believe is invaluable in terms of their growth.
