More About Coach Jordan
10 Years coaching strength and conditioning for athletes of all ages. I have 2 years of experience training to correct muscular imbalances, increase mobility, and improve general health and fitness.
After 8 years of football, track, and basketball coaching experience, I opened my own gym. During the past 2 years it has been my pleasure to help people from all walks of life reach their fitness goals. From the beginners that were looking to trim down, all the way up to the elite college athletes, I take great pleasure in watching my clients grow, improve, and reach their full potential.
All sessions will be technique driven. We will focus on form, fundamentals, and basic body movement. As various muscular imbalances are identified, we will work on stretching and specific movements that can counter those imbalances. Once your body has been taught how to move in all the basic patterns we will progress with more advanced lifts and exercises. A typical session will include some of the following:
1. Dynamic warmup focused on joint mobility and injury prevention
2. Form work on fundamental lifts or exercises
3. Mid-workout stretching to help correct imbalances
4. Balance/coordination drills
5. High intensity interval training
6. Plyometric exercises
7. Core work

Coach Jordan completed the first session with my 12yo son. As a former athlete and coach I am very critical of others coaching my son. I was extremely impressed.
