My sessions depend upon the age and the skill level of the players as well as the position that they play. Training focuses on technique, foot work, and understanding of the game. Also, we will work on aspects of the game that a player needs to be developed. See below for a brief summary of what a typical training session will look like.
-warm-up
-foot work- with and without the ball.
-work on/improve technique where necessary
-specific drills focused on player's position.
-cool down and review
