More About Coach Jonathan
As a former Army Officer I am well versed in multiple styles of fitness & working with individuals of all ages. I teach both group and individual fitness, promote healthy lifestyles and will make you challenge yourself everyday! I have worked with children from the ages of 10 to adults of the age of 65. My industry certs are from the American Sports and Fitness Association, and the United States Army M.A.C.P. Training center.
My athletic accomplishment range from being a two way started in high school football, high school swimming, captaianing the Army R.O.T.C. Ranger Challenge team in college to, training Soldiers for Ranger, Airborne, Air Assault, & S.E.R.E. (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, & Escape) school, and even a Air Force Pararescue Jumper!
Every session is different for every client! It is completely customized to optimize both our time together and your fitness goals! A typical session for an athlete would involve some form of cardio, some sort of cross functional training, weight training and agility drills. A client looking to shed pounds will complete more of a cardio based workout while still involving cross functional training and weight training. Every individual will be challenged every single workout!
