More About Coach Jon

I have been training for 10 years. I have trained everyone form Football Players to Water Polo. Concentrating on all aspects of quickness, strength and stamina, to developing specific skill sets. I also have trained people for running and Obstacle course events (Tough Mudders to the occasional Cross fitter). I am certified through the National Strengths and Conditioning Association, also have TRX, Battling Ropes, BOSU Master Cert, Kettle Bell and aquatics.

I was a Multi- sport athlete in high school competing in Football, Basketball, and Track. I then went into the military and Played Semi Pro Football while I was in the military. I also have competed in many obstacles courses From the Spartan, Tough Mudder, and recently have been competing in Cross Fit style OCR's

Most Sessions start with a warm-up. Then we will go though the work out for the day We will finish with specific drills for balance and agility and stretching after. A lot of the session are based on the goal the client is looking for.
