I have been the Junior Varsity lacrosse coach at Jericho for the last 5 years. I also have been apart of the Long Island Pride summer travel team program. For the Pride, I have coached a high school level team since 2009. I have held practices during the summer months to prepare for tournaments. Even though I have mostly worked with high school leveled athletes, I am also a middle school teacher and I am comfortable working with all age groups!

I started playing lacrosse in second grade for my town PAL team. I played on the JV squad in ninth grade, varsity squad from 10th-12th grade. After high school, I attended Molloy College where I was a member of their lacrosse team. I currently play lacrosse with my high school buddies in a summer league.

Depending on skill level would determine my lesson with your child. The drills I always focus on would involve stick skills and ground balls. Also depending on your child's position, I would focus on shooting or defensive stances. One important aspect of my lesson is that your child will consistently be on the move.
