16 years coaching varsity track and field and Football in Wichita Falls, Irving, and Gainesville. I have coached district champions and state qualifiers in all track and field events with multiple athletes competing at the collegiate level on scholarship.

I was a regional and state qualifier in High School in the 4x400, 800 and 1600. In college, I competed in the 4x400 and 800 at Howard Payne University and at the University of North Texas. Individual conference championships in the 800 and 4x400.

Individually tailored workouts designed to focus on the athlete's needs to progress throughout their season. Workouts will be based on where they are at in their training cycle and competition window, and develop them in tandem with their school coach.
