I played four years of Varsity lacrosse at Denison University and am the JV coach of Chaparral lacrosse. I’ve coached various high school teams over the last 10 years.

Four year starter at D3 college. NCAC two time second team all conference, NCAC player of the week 3x, High school academic all American. Newcomer coach of the year SFAC.

Warm up, stick drills, dodging/defense, shooting, cardio. I focus on breaking down complex tasks into relatable and repeatable movements. I also focus on the holistic skill and strength of the athlete.
