I have taught golf for over thirty years. My students have experienced dramatic improvements in their golf game. I work with students 8 years old and up. I have had many junior students to earn college scholarships. Actually my first teaching experience was when I recruited four members of my high school cheerleaders and a member of the drill team and in two weeks they won the girl’s district golf title.

I played golf in high school and was a three year letterman and received all district honors. I was also team captain.
Earn a college scholarship to Prairie View A & M University, where I lettered two years.

My teaching method is focused on the fundamentals. I teach dynamic balance, focusing on ball position, and maintaining a square to square swing path.
I also stress the importance of the golfer’s ability to be successful on shots inside 100 yards and putting drills because that is where the greatest improvement in scoring can be realized.
