More About Coach Joey

Starting in March of 2019, I have started training athletes ranging from football at the collegiate level, to Irish Dancers training for nationals. I have access to the facilities of KC Speed and sport in Overland Kansas. I am currently self-employed and have been for the duration of my career. I am open to and capable of working with any age group, ranging from children to adults.
As an exercise science major, I have one and a half years left until I finish my bachelor's degree, and have been accepted into the Masters program for 2022.

I have finished my junior year on the field and will be finishing my junior year in the classroom in May of 2020. Although my athletic career has not been completed, since I was a true freshman I will run out of eligibility in the fall of 2020, and will not be able to play the 5th year while returning to Avila for my Masters degree.

Your sessions will be broken down into 4 pillars:

3. Personalize goals 
4. Educate

Our number one goal is for you as the athlete is to stay healthy and injury-free. The benefit of increased force absorption and production in performance not only builds your health but also increases your ability on your respective playing field. While these goals remain specific to you, you will remain educated on why we do what we do.  You should never walk away with questions, and each athlete is encouraged to participate and challenge what I preach.
