More About Coach Joe

I’ve been training people, mostly athletes, for almost 3 years now. I’ve trained at the collegiate level specifically for strength, conditioning, speed, and agility. I’ve worked with people from ages 15-50. Workouts would differ with intensity depending on client’s ability.

Throughout high school I gathered numerous accolades through soccer and wrestling. I played soccer at the collegiate level. Helped lead the team to 3 consecutive conference championships. I was individually awarded first team all- conference 2 years in a row. I was also awarded the silver boot award ( most assists), my freshman year, along with MVP.

Our sessions would always be based on what the client would like to improve on. I usually focus on the proper form/ mobility of an exercise because it’s very important to avoid injury. I will always start with some type of warm up or dynamic stretch depending on what body part we target for the day. I usually keep a high intensity throughout the workout considering the client is able to. And towards the end I like to do some type of burn out. Really hammer the nail down for the day.
