More About Coach Jhalen

My experience with training began in high school through Nike Basketball.  In this position I would conduct practices, camps, clinics, skill sessions, conditioning workouts and more from 2012-2016.  More recently I’ve been training football athletes ranging from the youth to professional level.

Sessions will always vary based on the client and their specific goals, some common training sessions I have been doing are football specific drill work, weight lifting, run training, recovery sessions, and overall fitness.  To start off a workout there will be a warmup designed to not only prepare yourself for the workout but also specific injury prevention routines based on your personal history.  In a football specific workout most drills are incorporated through the workout in series, in this way fundamental principles are maintained from drill to drill. Fundamental techniques and movement will always be reinforced, as your training should match the movements you will actually use.
