I started coaching little league football in 2004 in Utah where my son is, i did that until 2010. I was the League president for five of the six years. I also started coaching high school sports in 2005. I coached football, track and basketball, all sports that i played in school. I have also coached at the professional level in the Arena Football League, where i played for eight seasons. I am currently CPR/First Aid certified

High School- Lettered in football, basketball and track. In football i was a 1st team fullback and linebacker and earned a scholarship to Utah State University. In track i was the top shotputer in the bay area, i went to the state finals and came in 5th, i currently hold my high school record in the shot put at 57'10. I also threw the shot in college my junior year and won the Big West Conference (54'6 with a 16lb shot). Just finishing up track season now. In basketball i played one year of jv and one of varsity.
At Utah State University i played 5 years of football 89-93. During that time i was named an honorable mention all american, First team All-Big West , Big West Defensive Player of the Year, Sports Illustrated defensive player of the week and still hold the Utah State record for both single season and career tackle for loss( 22 season, 43 career). Team won a championship in the Las Vegas Bowl in 1993. Played in the Blue-Gray All Star classic and the Senior Bowl.

We will start out with some active warmup movements(active stretches) to get the heart pumping and blood flowing. Depending on what is needed in the conditioning and technique aspects of client abilities we will focus on the things that we have agreed upon to help client achieve training goals.
