More About Coach Jeremy

Jeremy is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Performance Enhancement Specialist, Exos Performance Specialist & Stick Mobility Instructor. He has been training athletes and general population clients of all ages ranging from youth athletes (8 year olds) to 70 year olds for over 3 years. Jeremy has coached at Body Culture and ATP (Athletic Training Performances) in Cliffside Park.

Jeremy played baseball, football, basketball and hockey growing up. Although he did not play any collegiately, he understands the demands that each sport places on the athlete. He grew up in Leonia, NJ and was a 3 year Varsity starting catcher for the Leonia baseball team.

Depending on what the athlete or client needs a typical session begins with Soft Tissue work, Corrective Exercises, Dynamic Warm Up, Movement Skills, Strength training and then Metabolic Conditioning. We will first work on getting the soft tissue prepped and ready for the specific movements in the upcoming session before mobilizing the joints and working on corrective exercise to improve muscle imbalances and increase range of motion; allowing for improved movement throughout the session. We will then get into our dynamic warm up to get the blood circulating and focus on sport specific movements to better prepare us for the upcoming training session (picking up the pace). From there we will move to our movement skills block before hitting our strength block. Once we train hard and increase strength we will finish up with Metabolic conditioning which combines strength and endurance before cooling down and getting the body ready to recover from the session.
