Coaching Focus:
I work with clients of all ages and abilities. Elementary, middle and high school level athletes in addition to couch to 5K run groups. Personal run sessions and training programs using an online training log are also available. Pricing reflects monthly coaching program.

Personal accomplishments:
I've completed the Boston Marathon twice, once while doing the Boston to Big Sur Challenge (2 marathons, 2 coasts in 2 weeks). NYC, Chicago as well and will finish the 5 world majors this year with London and Berlin. After that, my goal is to run on all 7 continents while raising money for various charities.
