I have over six years of coaching basketball experience. I have work at the Community College of Rhode Island women's basketball team working one on one with athletes on developing their skills. I have also coached four years in Connecticut on the high school level with both boys and girls, working one on one with my players on their shooting skills, dribbling skills, guard play and big man play. I am certified coach in the state of Connecticut.

Played basketball all my life, including having a chance to play on the JUCO level unfortunately my injuries kept me from playing. That is when I decided to help coach.

It all depends on what the client wants to work on. They can expect to work on their conditioning, shooting, dribbling and rebounding. Agility drills. Doing cone drills, learning the proper way to shoot while still having the natural feel to it. Learning when to pass the ball. Big man drills post moves.
