More About Coach Jazmin
I coached for a soccer league for ages U6 - U10, a competitive recreational league. Worked as a trainer for the 2006-2008 age groups at Legends FC-SFV and Granada United FC (2006 age group)
I played competitive club soccer since the age of 8. I played with ECNL with Arsenal FC ECNL. I was recruited to play NCAA Division 2 at Holy Names University. I am entering my second year of college. I played in Spain for two months with Granada United. My team won SoCal National Premier League and traveled to Indiana. Received high school soccer awards.
Starting off with a warm up which consists of jogging, dynamic stretching, dribbling, passing, etc.
Next, working on agility by incorporating agility drills, using ladders, rings, and cones.
Next, working on techniques. How to properly receive and pass a ball. Working on first touch, proper shooting techniques, skills session, etc. (Training based off skill and or age)
Finishing with a cool down and stretching.
