I have coached at all levels. I was a D1 Assistant coach at Purdue, Head Coach for a NCAA D3 school (Earlham College), coached a pro men's team for 2 years in Austria, 10 years of club and camp experience. The last two years I have coached club and trained beach volleyball at home and abroad (Spain, Italy, Germany, The Netherlands)

4 years college experience (2007 NCAA D1 Runners-Up) with multiple individual awards, 3 seasons professional indoor in Austria including a season a the league's top-scorer. Professional indoor and beach competitions for the last 12 years all over the U.S. and Europe.

The focus of my training plans are to make sure the player gains an understanding of the techniques he/she wants to improve (how and why) and be able to tell the difference between correct and incorrect actions. Once someone feels the difference they are free to continue improving and practicing without a coach always being present. A warm-up geared specifically towards volleyball needs to reinforce safety and technique is easily provided if the player(s) want it.
