I have played for 20 years, coached 15u JO Team for Fatchmo volleyball in central Arkansas. 18r teams. Currently coaching a 15 American team for Club Extreme in Massillon, OH. Head volleyball coach at Dover school district. Coach of the year in the ECOL for 2016 season. Safe sport, concussion, and impact certified.

I have played competitive volleyball for years as well as founding an adult volleyball club in central Arkansas which currently has almost 300 members. Played every format from doubles to 6's

I would start by stretches and cardio warm ups. Then I usually go into hitting, serving, passing, defense, and blocking drills. Usually during those drills I pull players out of rotation and give them one on one coaching and let the apply that again. Generally finish with actual game time where possible.

Coach took the time to see what my daughter needed to work on. Then proceeded to explain what she was doing incorrectly and why she needed to do it differently. Then he showed her what to do and explained the mechanics and how it will improve here game.

Jason wasted no time in Reese’s session, giving her suggestions and corrections to her skills. He explained clearly what she needed to do to get better results, and she left the session so excited about what she had learned!
