More About Coach Jason

I have been coaching Multi-sport Triathletes for the past several years and have coached all levels from age-group athletes to elite level athletes.

I am a 2 time IRONMAN finisher (Florida and Boulder) and have completed several Half IRONMAN distance triathlons as well as many shorter distance events. I was a collegiate athlete in track and field.

Normal 1-1 sessions will focus more on technique. If you are on a monthly plan, you will have detailed workouts that will build your strength, endurance and fitness level. We also will focus on nutrition, hydration, sleep, rest, and recovery.
