Jasmine L.

I am Jasmine Lockwood, a coach, athlete and leader. I started my athletic career at the age of 12 and continued to play through college. I began coaching at the age of 19, first doing individual sessions and then began working at high schools helping to inspire the girls; letting them see that playing college ball on a full scholarship is always an option, to never let their current situation be their destination and the importance of breaking comfort zones to reach optimal potential.

I was awarded MVP multiple times, voted team captain junior and senior year at Peru State College. My overall greatest accomplishment would be seeing the players I coach earn scholarships and get their degree.

To begin I would start with a warm up to get the body prepared for the session. Next, I would put the clients through a series of drills that are geared towards their specific goals. The main focus would be technique and over time incorporate speed into each drill, efficiency being priority. Then I would end the session with stretching because remaining healthy mentally and physically is important.
