Riverhead PAL Clinics.(Grades 3-11) Molloy College Lacrosse Recruiting Camps. (Grades 10-12). I have been involved with the Riverhead lacrosse program ever since I graduated in 2014. I have been an active member in coaching and developing players. I am able to communicate with players on all levels and meet their needs to accommodate their strengths and help work on their weaknesses.

2x All ECC selection(2016-2017) at Molloy College. Current memeber of the Puerto Rico international team, competing in the world games in Israel. All county football player (2014). 2x captain for Molloy College. I went to Riverhead High School where I played football, basketball, and lacrosse. I Played college lacrosse Brevard College where i started as a freshman then transferred to Molloy College where I started the remaining 3 years. I was added to the Puerto Rican international team after trying out, and am competing with players from the division 1,2,3 and professional level.

Defensive techniques. Such as footwork and agility, as well as approaching and breaking down. Taking away angles, checking and ball handling. I would start out with a warm up, stretching and form running, followed by Ladder drills that increase foot speed and overall agility. Next, various cone drills that enhance a defensemans overall play. Lastly, specific drills that work on ball handling and hand eye coordination.
