More About Coach Jaques

I typically work with kids from grade school through high school and some college. One of the guys I helped train actually just signed a division 1 scholarship to MVSU this year. I've coached tons of camps for Marquette University women's and men's as well as UW- Whitewater. While in college I coached high school kids at Morse-Marshall to a championship in a summer league; and I also have a degree in exercise science so I'm familiar with weight training too.

I played division 1 basketball at University of Nebraska Omaha for two years in the Summit League competing against top level players. Before UNO I played a year at Ellsworth Community College in the ICCAC. I led the team in assists and steals and averaged 10.5 ppg. The team lost to go to the championship of the conference but overall it was an ok season.

I'm a ball handling specialist so count on a lot of ball handling, full court transition drills, pick and roll handle, pick and roll decision making, shooting, off the dribble shooting, catch and shooting, ball handling moves to the rim, and ultimately conditioning because the work that goes into the session will get you tired and build your stamina.
