I play professional basketball overseas seen basketball on every type of level. I train kids 2nd-12th grade boys and girls. IN THE Lab Workouts
I Played D1 basketball at Southeastern Louisiana University in the Southland Conference. After that played professionally around the world few years. In college won southland conference honors,Best Ft percentage, team captain. Professionally I won best offensive award.
A typical Day consists of nothing but hard work nothing less. I will explain as well as get in the drill with you guys make you understand how hard you suooose to go. We will stretch,conditioning, and skill work on and off the court. You won’t leave without getting better at some aspect of your game.
