Certified Black Belt,Full time Martial Arts Instructor since 2006. Graduate of 2­ year Instructor Certification Program. Participate in 2‐3 Martial Arts training sessions every week. I am a graduate of Bryan University in Los Angeles and hold an Associates degree in Advance Health and Fitness. I have taught 100+ students per week, and 10 to 12 one­ hour group classes per week. I have taught through the after school program since 2007.

Whether you are a beginner or experienced martial artist, I have a program to fit your needs. Men, women and children of all ages participate in my Private and Group Training Programs. The martial arts is a workout like none other and is always interesting and fun to learn. With me you are not just another student or client. You will realize your full potential, because you are special to me.

I enjoy working with students of all ages. All students can train at their own pace and at their own abilities.

The hardest part is staying consistent. Whether you want to improve your fitness, learn how to defend yourself, or just have fun, my goal is to help you stay on track and achieve your goals. A discipline, sport, and a way of life, the Martial Arts offers each individual many unique benefits. You may be a professional looking for that added mental edge in business, or someone who just wants to feel stronger and more energetic. Individuals who exercise have lower blood pressure, increased muscular strength, better flexibility and less body fat than those who do not exercise. Clients can also cope with high levels of stress and have a more confident self- image

Each session begins with a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, making sure all my clients are able to participate in physical activity. After a brief discussion regarding my clients goals and expectations we then go through a fitness assessment, this is used a baseline to map out what muscles maybe overactive and underactive. Each training program is customized to each individual clients fitness goals.

I follow the Optimum Performance Training Model or OPT model which systematically progresses a client through their fitness goals. In conjunction with the OPT model I also build a proper foundation for training with the use of body weight, suspension, kettlebells, steel club and steel mace. With this training modalities each client will be able to experience how even the lightest of weight can feel heavy. Slow is smooth and smooth is... Beautiful!
