Current Employment: Associate Strength Coach at Allegiate Gym. Personal Trainer at Taix's Workout Studio.

Previous Experience: Professional Performance and Wellness Coach at Innovative Performance Institute (Esport - Optic Gaming) 2018. Collegiate Strength Coach at UCLA (Olympic sports) 2014. High School Strength Coach at El Segundo HS (B&G Bball) 2018/19, Villiage Christian School (multi sport) 2017, South Pasadena HS (football) 2016. Traditional HS athlete: Football, Track & Field. As adult have completed several races at MCB Camp Pendleton. Also training in martial arts and personally love snowboarding. Main athletic training currently is weightlifting and conditioning.

Session specific warm-up: Dynamic for speed, agility, and conditioning focus. Neural tension and mobility for strength training focus.
Complete primary emphasis of the workout: conditioning specific to sport, strength specific to season (in, off, pre-season). Cool down with focus on mobility, breathing mechanics, and returning to parasympathetic state (calming nervous system to begin recovery).
