Coach Pagragan worked with our HS goalkeepers and did an outstanding job! Not only did our keepers improve technically and tactically but, psychologically as well. He has the rare ability to push keepers to their limits yet allow them to really enjoy what they are doing every day. Coach Pagragan is also a great leader and was able to teach our players great discipline. Did our keepers learn to be better keepers? Yes. Did our keepers learn to be better people? Absolutely!

I trained under Coach Pagragan for a year and a half within his time in Lexington. I can say that without a doubt, my time with him has been the most beneficial experience for me as a goalkeeper. Amidst these high intensity trainings, I gained exponential amounts of knowledge of the technicalities of goalkeeping and the game itself. I have yet to find another trainer that has pushed and believed in me as much as Pagragan did, and continues to do miles away. The relationship I have built with him has transcends off the soccer field, and will always be something I will cherish. He continues to expand and get my name out to college coaches and motivates me to reach a higher level of play. As the only goalkeeper in my high school, me and Pagragan grew very close in our time together. His impact on me not just as a player, but also as a person is unquestionable and his work is tremendous. My only wish is that another goalkeeper can witness this same experience I had firsthand.

What a great experience we had with Coach Pagragan! His high intensity training has helped our daughter be prepared for the next level of soccer through specially designed sessions to improve on areas of weakness. He is focused, passionate and works hard at improving the play of the keeper. We were also impressed on his desire to relate to our daughter and be a teacher of the game as well. Even after he had moved out of state, Coach Pagragan has been influential in our daughter’s continued success through encouragement and providing feedback to college coaches. We only wish she could train with him more!
