More About Coach Ishan

I am a certified fitness trainer (International Sports Science Association) and certified speed specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association). I train youth and high school athletes from all sports including football, track and field, baseball, basketball and more.

I have helped many athletes increase speed, strength, explosiveness and conditioning. I’ve had athletes get recruited to Division 1 high schools, compete in Mini Olympics and Decathlons, be selected to play on National All star teams and more. No matter what the sport is, I am knowledgeable in which muscles to strengthen and how to strengthen them to achieve optimal performance in any position.

All sessions are customized for the athletes needs and goals. While a football player may need power and explosiveness, a soccer player would need to focus more on agility and conditioning. Baseball players need powerful mid-sections while hockey players need stability and core endurance. Each athlete will be assessed and trained in the areas most need to take him/her to the next level.
