More About Coach Isaiah

I've been training athletes since 2015 of all ages (13-75) and backgrounds from middle school to college level. I am certified through NCSF as a personal trainer and strength coach. I have a Bachelor's in Exercise Science. Currently I am studying for my Master's in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention with a minor in Rehab Science. My goal is to get my doctorate in Health and Human Performance. In June 2019, I opened up my own small garage facility to be able to strength train my clients. Before that, I worked at Sportsplex New Windsor and Equinox Scarsdale.

I am currently a Modified Football Coach and Varsity Track and Field Coach at Valley Central and JV/Varsity Coach for Lacrosse at Wallkill Senior High School.

Played football and threw shot put and discus all through middle school and high school. I also did one season of competitive cheerleading. I was JV and Varsity football senior captain as well. Picked up lacrosse my senior season in high school and then played two years DIII Lacrosse at Alfred State.

Everyone is different. Focus primarily on mobility and stability at first. Once you get a grasp on the movements then we put focus into strength, power, speed and conditioning.
