I have been coaching & training athletes for 2 years now. I coached at my old high school as a head JV coach & assistant Varsity coach. I also coached 7th grade girls basketball with my old AAU team.

I’ve played basketball since I was 8 years old. I also ran track & played volleyball through high school. I went on to play basketball at the University of Illinois at Chicago on a full-ride scholarship.

A client can expect to be pushed & challenged both mentally & physically. Understanding the importance of pushing through the mental fatigue we often get from a good workout. I focus on the fundamentals & footwork, especially with girls basketball. Defensive slides & understanding how to open up, pivot, etc. Ball handling. Passing & understanding which passes should be made in which situations. Basketball IQ. Reading the defense. Cone work. Conditioning. Form shooting. Repetition shooting, ball handling, footwork, passing, defense, etc.
