I always hated working out but Igor doesnt make it seem so difficult! He always surprises me with the variety of workouts and new exercises! And most of all i love fitting in my new clothes now!
I was looking to improve my running performance and started working with Igor at my local gym. During first month of conditioning focused training i improved my 10k time by 4 minutes and after 2 months my half marathon by 15 minutes. He also encouraged us to work on my strength for general health and injury prevention. I could squat 165lbs for 5 instead of 135 for 5, and to my surprise i was able to deadlift over 225 for the first time in my life!
I have been a professional body builder back in the 80s and i thought i knew everything there is to know about working out.
