More About Coach Holly
I am an ACE Certified Trainer and have done multiple levels of training. My skills range from young athletes in soccer to mid aged males playing polo. I also have a great history in strength, weight loss, and fitness training. Some of these have been personal one-on-one and some have been group fitness.
I was an athlete throughout high school, including gymnastics, dance, volleyball, and softball. In my early college years, I focused on strength and endurance training.
It depends on the needs of the athlete. We will engage the muscle groups planned to be used and warmup the body. Next is to focus on the outcome desired and complete a cool down or stretching period.
