Hello Parents & Athletes.

I am Coach H, currently the u16 Academy Head Coach at the MLS club Orlando City SC. I have over 12 years of coaching players from 3 years old to professional players playing in the MLS, NWSL, and USL, . I coach some national team players as well. I have been to the college D3 final four two years in a row as a coach for the University of Chicago. I have been a technical director for two clubs overseeing and providing coaching education to more than forty coaches. I breathe, eat, and sleep soccer.

I hold a UEFA B license from the toughest federation in the world, the German Federation, in which I graduated second highest in a class with coaches from Dortmund, RB Leipzig, Leicester city, and other academies in the United States. I also hold the USSF B, the United Soccer Coaches Premier License, and other certifications and diplomas from different institutions.

I want to help you, the players, by...

1) Finding the truth behind your play. I'll help you find out the WHAT and the WHY about your game so that we know what type of training is required in order for you to improve as a player.
2) Create a training program that is made specifically for you. As there are no identical human beings there cannot be the same training for everyone. All individual training program needs to be configured to each individual.
3) Teach you how to train at your pace so you can learn the level at which you need to practice in order to break through to the next level. The difference between you and a professional player is having the right technique against the right opposition pressure, with a limited amount of space under opposing conditions.

I played academy soccer for my whole teenage life. I played semi-professional for NY Red Bulls and coached for them as well, as well as for USL and PDL teams. I preferred to play at that level than the division three school I attended.

As a coach, I have been to the collegiate final 4 two years in a row with the University of Chicago, I have won multiple state cups with both boys and girls youth teams. I have grown clubs from two soccer teams to 45 soccer teams in a competitive market as New York City. I have graduated players into multiple scholarships in all divisions of college players and some have been drafted into professional players.

It is important to first observe the body mechanics of a player through speed, agility, and quickness exercises that will expose the habits of the player Then I will test those habits against different oppositions such as time and myself as a player in order to see the weakness in order to fully understand what the player needs. After that, we will progress to working on exercises that will strengthen those weaknesses and improve the strengths of the player. After that, lastly, we will challenge the players in exercises that he/she needs to strive to add to his/her arsenal.
