Current college coach and sports psychology professor. I have done 1v1 training ranging from 8-18 with both boys and girls. I have also trained middle and high school boys and girls teams. I have been a head women's basketball coach at NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, and NCAA Division III. I have trained All-Americans and All-Conference players.

I played NCAA Division II at Franklin Pierce University. I lead the Northeast-10 in free throw percentage, I was a Northeast-10 all-conferenc player and a two time captain. I have been a head women's basketball coach at NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, and NCAA Division III. I was hired at Daniel Webster College and was the youngest head coach in the NCAA. I have been coach of the year at both the NCAA Division II and NCAA Division III level. I have lead every program I have coached to championships or championship contenders.

Sessions are athlete-centered. We begin with an understanding of each athlete's goals and then training is created to align with each athlete's aspirations. All sessions will infuse positive self-talk and additional mental training is available upon request. College recruiting/NCAA rules and advice can also be provided.
